Who provides VOXLY

These terms cover our audio-editing service. Please read them before creating an account. For an App Store download, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also governs the app licence: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ These service terms do not replace that licence or your mandatory consumer rights.

Who can use VOXLY

VOXLY is intended for people aged 13 and over. If you are under the age at which you can enter this agreement or make a purchase independently in your country, your parent or guardian must authorize it where required by law. Ask them to review these terms with you. Do not use someone else’s payment account without permission.

Your account and content

Keep access to your sign-in email secure and provide accurate account information. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of your recordings and exported content. You must have the rights and permissions needed to edit and share what you import. VOXLY does not grant rights to music, performances or other people’s recordings. You may use your exports commercially when you have the necessary rights.

Do not use VOXLY unlawfully, access another person’s account, interfere with the service, or circumvent export-access limits. We do not claim ownership of your recordings or permission to train AI on them through these terms.

Editing and storage

VOXLY processes recordings on your device. Results depend on the source recording, your settings and device capabilities; enhancement cannot guarantee restoration of missing or badly damaged audio. Listen to your export before publishing it.

Projects and custom presets are stored locally. Keep independent copies of important originals and finished files. Removing the app or clearing its storage can remove local projects. Internet access is needed for account and membership checks. The current input limit is 10 minutes and 500 MB per file; supported formats and device resources also apply.

Free exports and membership

The free allowance is three completed exports per account, each for a clip of up to 60 seconds. It does not renew monthly. A failed render should not consume a free export; contact us if your allowance appears incorrect.

An active unlimited membership removes the export-count and free clip-length restrictions, while the app’s 10-minute input limit still applies. Planned US prices are US$7.99 per month or US$69.99 per year. The actual currency, taxes, billing period and total price shown at checkout govern your purchase.

The current beta uses RevenueCat’s Test Store. Test purchases do not charge money, and simulated renewals and expiry may run faster than real subscriptions. Paid App Store purchasing is not yet available in this beta.

When paid App Store subscriptions become available, Apple will bill your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal under the terms shown by Apple. Manage or cancel through your Apple subscription settings. Deleting VOXLY or its account does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases can restore an eligible purchase linked to the relevant store account.

Cancellation, refunds and consumer rights

For Apple-billed purchases, use Apple’s purchase support and refund process. You may also contact hello@getvoxlystudio.com for assistance or to exercise a statutory right. Any applicable withdrawal period, refund, conformity, repair or other consumer remedy remains available. We do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or treat ordinary app use as an automatic waiver of withdrawal rights. Any legally required agreement to immediate paid delivery and acknowledgment about withdrawal rights must be handled at checkout.

Service changes and account closure

We may update VOXLY to improve it, fix problems or meet legal requirements. We will explain material changes affecting paid access and provide any notice or remedy required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued consumer rights.

You may request account deletion in Account. This requests RevenueCat customer erasure and removes your active VOXLY account records; provider processing can take time. Exported files, local projects and independently retained store records are separate. See the Privacy Policy for details.

We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful use or a security threat. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and let you contact us to challenge an error. Any restriction must respect your applicable rights.

Responsibility and disputes

We remain responsible as required by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protections. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem.

Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. These terms do not require consumers to use an exclusive foreign court or mandatory arbitration.

Privacy and updates to these terms

Our Privacy Policy explains account data, local recordings, provider processing and deletion. Optional usage analytics is disabled in the current build.

We will make updated terms available in the app and give appropriate notice of material changes. Where acceptance is legally required, we will request it rather than treating publication alone as consent.
